Interacting with Parents is valuable in any childcare setting. Keeping an open dialogue with each parent is critical to maintaining a positive working environment and developing a positive name for your site in the community. The following five seminars have been developed to give administrators and staff tools on how to interact with parents in a variety of areas, and how to make sure parents stay actively involved in their children's education.
